Fair Tales of the Golden Age

Capitalism was sold to me as the holy grail, and to usher in the Golden Age.  The Fairy Tale goes like this; Competition fosters innovation and efficiency, at ANY COST.  Meanwhile scoffing, and bewildered by countries that offer the working class a cost effective way to get to the job site and contribute to the GDP.  Mass Transportation for the Tax payers to efficiently make their way to work and provide for the GNP, appears to be out of the question as the FEAR of Socialism is greater than the Capitalism can afford. 

Meanwhile, the good conservatives MAKE AMERICA drive GREAT distances AGAIN in a large mostly iron dirty diesel distraction from the real solution.  The complaints will mount, and the news will make  the cycle, with disparity growing at every turn, until innovation is capable of capitalizing on the misery and lack of planning from those that can not acknowledge finite resources will come at an ever increasing cost.  Its an interesting phenomenon to watch companies capitalizing on the induced ignorance funded by tax breaks for corporate wealth that didn't find a profit in the market place.
